I couldn't resist this figma and I had to make the review today so of course I took a lot of pictures. After the two Miku, I wasn't sure if I wanted more figmas but when I saw this one, he reminded me my childhood so much, and I also love Sherlock Holmes.
He comes with so much stuff, even his car, that was too awesome to pass.
I discovered that Good smile actually made a figma version of Sherlock Hound aka Sherlock Holmes from the 80ties dog version anime and I just couldn't resist him. On top of the cake, they also made his car, so he comes with the car and the smoking pipe and the magnifying glass and everything but watson.
I really hope they make Watson and Moriarty later, Marie would also be really nice. Even though I'm not really hoping for more since none of them have been announced.
Still I love my new Sherlock Holmes. Now he is watching his adventure with me every day.
Today, I decided to open my figma Yuki Miku Owl version. If you remember I went to Wonfes to get the Yuki Miku Twinkle version Nendoroid and came back home with both the nendoroid and the figma version. The thing is, Good Smile has been making figma and nendoroid of Hatsune Miku in all color for a while and they have very adorable version. So I decided to get a few more. On my list was the Owl version. Since I really liked my first figma of Miku, I decided to get both the nendoroid and the figma of the Owl version. I have to say I don't regret getting the figmas, they are absolutely adorable, they come with so many pieces that they offer a lot of possibilities and are a lot of fun to play with.
I don't know if I'll get other figma, I mean other than the Miku, I might try the Sword are Online since I already have three of the nendoroid to be open and reviewed later and my husband has the figma kirito and Asuna human version. But I haven't decided yet.
This version of Yuki Miku is from 2016. She is a pretty cool doll who seems to be having a lot of fun, that's what attracted me to her. She has skies and a snowboard (I'm calling that a surf in the video a lot, sorry, that's my French coming out.) and of course she is accompanied by her little friend the rabbit Yukine.
Today, I have something a little bit different for you since I'm opening my first figma, figure. I got this one at Wonfes, if you haven't seen my video of Wonfes, you can find it here.
At first, I wanted to get the nendoroid version of twinkle Miku only, you can see the video here.
But while waiting to get her, I decided that I might as well get the figma version while I was at it. I guess now I'm just missing the dollfie dream, but that won't be happening.
I saw figma figures before when I got some for my husband for Christmas a few years back but I never really held one from close up or played with one. This one is totally my first.
She is a bit smaller than I expected but that's not too bad. I really liked the fact that she comes with a moon crescent. That's actually what decided me to get her in the first place. I totally love her blue color. She comes with a lot of pieces, she has 4 different set of hands, plus one hand to hold her baton. She has music sheet and a stand for them, a lantern and a little rabbit. Her rabbit is actually very similar in size and shape than the nendoroid Miku's rabbit. She also comes with two shape of dress so that she can stand and sit. She has a doll stand which can be used for the figure or for the moon crescent and she also has three different facial expression really easy to change.
She is really super cute and I'm so happy to have this version. Her and the nendoroid version look really cute together.
I don't think I would ever get the dollfie dream doll but I would love to have this dress for my pullip Yuki Miku.
