Welcome to my crazy world!
Today I have with me a pullip Leprotto that I was dollsitting for a
friend! She is now on her way home but I had the authorization to make a
video review of her. She is one of the most famous and rare pullip out
there. She has the older pullip charm and she is super cute in her
little bunny outfit.
Sometimes Hibarichan likes to spend times with the mini. My mini-me is being rather lazy at the moment, she still hasn't changed outfit from the Beauty and the Beast sewing session.
We went to eat a Shabu-shabu at a local Chinese restaurant. It was a sort of celebration for my first payment from google. Of course, Hibarichan was invited. She loves to eat all my food.
The goal was to get a good picture with different sort of plushy texture. I wanted the long blanket hair to show up as well as the difference with Hibarichan's body and nose. I think it's a bit hard to see the darker part of her body but I like how I caught the light on the blanket.
Of course the text makes it all the funnier.
I'm using a new coloring app that allow you to transform a picture you take into a blank sheet with lines. So I tried it with a pictures of Hibarichan that I recolored. I think it works ok for sort of abstract things but the lines don't always finish off properly so you can see that the color of her yellow horn goes out on the shelf behind her, same her grey nose also covered the table, the mug and her other horn. Still cute though.
It has been a long time since I made an Hibarichan video so I decided to make a new one today.
We went to Nihonbashi to watch Beauty and the Beast and as I was way in advance waiting for Ikki I had some time to take some pictures of Hibarichan at the Shrine near the cinema.
I also included a few pictures from the previous cinema trip when we went to see Swort Art Online.
We went out finally to get some more furnitures for my stuff, mostly for my yarn and fabric supplies so I'll be able to get a lot more things done when I can readily access my stuff instead of having to dig it up.
The furniture will be delivered later but I came home with a polar bear named Luigi.
Ikea was fun and I even got a Swedish meal. Ikki decided he wanted Italian though.
Last night after the end of Vlog #56, I made a mini Hibarichan for my mini me pullip. It was my first time sewing a plushy. She is made out of felt with some fluffy yarn for her tail and hair. It isn't really the same scale between my pullip mini me and me and her Hibarichan and her mini me but I guess that's still good enough. I didn't see how I could really make something smaller out of felt, though I might be able to do so crocheting.
Today is a big vlog, I guess that compensate for the days I go without vlogging.
I woke up early to go get Minami mermaid princesses doll (yes, they don't have mermaid tails so I might make them one later.) I wanted to reach the azone store as soon as it opened to be able to get the dolls, as I was expecting a lot of people to get there. There was a small queue when I arrived but not so many people before me. It got really crowded later on though. I managed to get both dolls.
The azone store also had a event presenting doll houses, it was a lot of fun. I'll show that to you in the next video.
Then because the azone store is so good at showing off dolls in non original outfit, I decided to go back to a second hand store I visited in a previous trip to Akihabara and to get two extra dolls. Now I have 7/10 of the Sahra's a la mode dolls. I don't know if I'll get the others. I guess it depends when I find them.
I'm taking the bus tonight for a trip from Tokyo station so I walked from Akihabara to Tokyo station but I had some time to waste before taking the bus so I decided to go to the imperial palace and take some pictures.
So we went to the Tokyo Snoopy Museum which was having a special Halloween Event. It was a lot of fun and I got myself a Snoopy plushy!
Then we visited a salt store which was weird because it mostly sell salt and I never thought their could be that many sort of salt for my salt is just NaCl.
And then we went to the Azone store for the Groove Dal and Taeyang Anniversary Event. You can check out the video here.
Don't forget to vote for the photo contest on Groove's official page on facebook. There are four albums where to vote: https://www.facebook.com/groove.pullip/photos/
We also went to some other store because I needed some stuff like yarn and stuffing for my amigurumi which you can also get it you send me a message and tell me which one.
I wanted this one for a long time but never took the plunge of buying it for a long time. I think I'm still a bit on the fence about buying plushies.
Anyway, he is a lot of fun: Meet my platypus.
The platypus is one of the strangest animal on the planet at the crossing between a bird has he has a beak and lay eggs and a mammal as it has milk for its young.
It has been a while since the last Hibarichan's daily life video. In this one, she is playing with some pokemons.
We went to the Ueno pond to catch some Magikarp as you need 400 to evolve one into a Gyarados and Ueno pond had a nest of Magikarp. It was easy to catch them as they appeared almost at every step. The park ext to the pond used to have electrical pokemon but I guess they already left when we made it there because we couldn't find any.
On the travel end, visiting Ueno pond was a new experience even if I had already been to the park several times and to the zoo. In this season, the pond is covered with lotus plants and they are really huge as you can see in the video. I thought at first that they were water lilies but apparently not. They also have a temple there.
On the following week, we went to Shinozaki for the firework. In Japan, fireworks are huge summer events. The firework in Shinozaki is considered class 5 and it already last 90 minutes. We definitely don't have one of those in France. There were a lot of people and we walked to the next station to take the train because we didn't want to wait for the crowed to disperse. It worked and we could get a sit during the entire way home as well as catch some extra pokemons.
Today, Hibarichan is out at the park with her friend the Marupaka. She likes to jump on him and race him to the pond.
Marupaka is rather quiet an annoyed by Hibarichan's extravagant behaviour.
