Welcome back to Wednesday Snippet. This week, we continue with Fairy World unedited just where we left off last week.
They turned to him but not all at once as he had expected. Some of them stayed behind scanning the environs for more demons. They had learned something last time apparently and he was suddenly thinking about how easier it had been the previous time with Evalynn's damn insect to help them.
"So, you decided to have a party without me," he said.
"Where is the angel?" the fairy closer to him asked. They were all dressed in blue and apart for their difference in hair color, and weapon shape, he couldn't find a way of differentiating them. It was like seeing double or triple at time and pretty disturbing.
"Well, that's exactly what I'm here to talk about with your queen," he said. "You see there was..."
"You killed them," one fairy rushed on him without letting him finish his improvised explanation.
"Hey, hey," Azazel said his hands in front of him taking some steps back. "Let's talk about that, I haven't killed anybody, at least not recently."
He jumped on the side to avoid the fairy's spike. He didn't know if they still had magick or not but if they did they didn't seem in a rush to use it, they were more thinking about impaling him on their weapons.
