In Mai, I had the chance to be invited to a concert of traditional Japanese music where my friend was playing shakuhachi. The shakuhachi is a Japanese traditional wood flute. My friend was playing only at the end of the concert so I had time to first enjoy other instruments, such as koto, an very complicated string instrument.
