Welcome to a new part Demon World unedited. We start right where we left of last time.
“But you are Celia or are you really that stupid?” the boy said.
Brownie wondered if she had been talking out loud. She was the only person knowing about her past life, she didn’t even write that part in her diary, the demons had came for her before she could even think about doing it, she never talked about her past lives to anyone. Her human friends at school would have thought her crazy, her siblings wouldn’t have understand what it was all about or taken it as some kind of norm as they were all most bizarre one than the others. And Sahel, well, she didn’t want him to worry. She suddenly realized that she was alone, all alone, always alone. The boy was humming again, more loudly than before, more strongly, he seemed to be really annoyed as if something had been bothering him all along.
“Are you ok? Can we talk?” Brownie said louder than she wanted to.
She was exasperated by the never ending melody.
“I’m exasperated too”, the boy said before going back to his humming.
“How do you know what I think?” Brownie said amazed. She didn’t know if he was an ally or an enemy but she needed information.
“Neither of both”, the boy answered.
“So what are you doing here?” Brownie answered.
She knew she was never going to get an answer straight from him.
“You better take care of yourself than take care of me and start by getting the hell out of my head”, the boy said.
“We’ll go out of it, together, you and I we’ll both get out of her alive and…” Brownie started.
“No we won’t, you know that and I know that too”, the boy said.
Yes, she knew it, there was only a very small chance for her to get out of her and that only chance was for Sahel to arrive before she gave them the formula. She looked around searching for the boy in the darkness, unable to find them.
“No, I don’t know the formula yet”, he said.
“When you know it, will you give it to them?” she asked.
