Vampire Friday: Vampire Heart 133

Welcome to a new part of Vampire Heart unedited. Have you been bitten yet?
Sign up to be part of our awesome Vampire Friday blog hop team! You know you want to!

Summary of the previous episodes: Viorel has been tortured by his supposed family who wanted to have him burn in the sun. Strangely enough the sun didn't burn him as expected but Viorel has no memory of who he is. Following the advises of his supposed father, he left Sighișoara and is now traveling to the West. After some skirmish in a previous city, he found refuge on a boat. Viorel is now in Vienna. The little problem is that the guy at the inn was a bit of an asshole and helped capture Viorel thinking he was a vampire, which he is but nobody needs to know. Now there is a huge man (which I call the colossi) taking care of Viorel and a priest. They brought a girl. Torture my holy water... Fail. Viorel managed to confuse everyone, now he would like to get out of here. But the girl seems pretty useless. They still managed to escape and he left the girl to the care of the boat lady before going back to have two words with his captors but his power of persuasion were failing him. The priest wanted to crack a deal but Viorel is not really up to help his enemies. He finally got some blood but he can't risk to stay in Vienna. He travel to Linz were he stays a bit to learn German.
Viorel wanted to go to Praha but redirect himself toward Augsburg instead where he wants to get a horse, except that the horses are a bit scared of his vampirism and maybe something else. Viorel is really not a horse expert. Then he comes into an altercation with couple of people, he wants some fear in his blood. The girl Viorel has found seemed to enjoy the game. Viorel prepares for the nightmares that come with a feast of blood, in a rush to leave, he cross the dukedom of Lorrain.
We introduced Sorina, three weeks after the beginning of Viorel's escape.
Viorel dreamed of Sorina and woke up not really remembering anything. Traveling to Paris, he arrives at "La cour des miracles". He is rescued by a stranger who turned out to be Nicolas Flamel, the alchemist he was looking for. Nicolas does some strange experiment without Viorel's agreement. Some people are looking for Nicolas's secrets. On the other side of Europe, Sorina awakes and Viorel's past in haunting him. Viorel discovered that he can change into a wolf but that's not the easiest thing to handle.

Now, let's continue with Vampire Heart, right where we left of last week

It was due to the thirst, it was making me absorb more of him than I expected to, I needed more blood, I felt his heart beat fail, I sucked more, I knew it would be soon over, his heart failed again. His body started to shock, he didn’t have enough blood to aliment his brain yet. It was strange how the human body functioned. As you drink out their blood the fire think their heart stop to aliment is their legs, you have to carry the victim up to continue drinking or to go down with it. Most vampire don’t go down because they don’t want to lower themselves for a human. Then it’s their arms and at that moment they don’t have any strength left in their body to fight back. If you want to keep them alive that’s the moment you should stop sucking on them but as it’s the moment when there are abandoning everything to you, it’s a delicious moment and it’s really hard to release the grip, especially if you are as thirsty as I am tonight. Then their heart stop feeding the organs, that’s the moment when they will pie themselves and released all fluid, at that time it’s already too late, they will never make it alive out of the feed. A lot of vampire stop drinking at that point because of the smell. I had never really been bothered. I liked a clean drink and the emotion in a body where only the brain and the heart are alimented in blood are amazing. The body itself is using every way it can to get the blood to the brain taking different way than usual. It’s the moment when the victim experiences the most of the pain. They are crying inside in agony and his agony also feed me. Then the heart fails and the brain doesn’t get what it needs, the body shakes because of its nerves breaking down. Until there is nothing left. I pushed him away and let him fall on the floor, there were two blue circles around the holes left by my fang. I needed more blood, I was still feeling incredibly thirsty and his disorganized thought had made me feel dizzy. I walked back to crowed. I needed power to fight the vampires. I looked for a man as strong as the first one, even stronger. There was one cleaning brushes. I stopped to look at him a bit looking at his exposed art. There were all sunrises. It was such a bad taste that I almost felt like this man deserved to die.

“Come with me”, I said walking toward him.
He turned around to face me. It was nothing hard really, I pushed the thought in his mind and he let the brush fall on the floor. I walked down the stairs being his stand to walk down to the river. He followed me without a word. I turned to pass under the bridge and waited for him to come closer. I almost wanted to play with him, he was looking so lost. He came toward me like a dog to his master waiting for a reward and I plunged my fangs in his carotid. He felt on his knees as I started to suck the life out of him. I could finally feel my thirst calm down and my powers coming back to me full speed. It was easy.

Wednesday Snippet: Demon World 134

Welcome to a new part of Demon World unedited, we start right where we left off last time.

“We are even willing to give it to you right now”, the demon continue.
Brownie had a huge feeling of déjà-vu. Someone long time ago and told her the same thing, them she didn’t quite remember anything but pain as she had refused.
“As far as I’m aware, I have all I need, thank you”, she answered looking straight at him.
He stood up to look at his friends laughing. He turned around again to look at her not laughing anymore.
“You see, our only little problem is that we are not sure what he will do to you once he gets here and he will get here sooner or later. He is not really, who he used to be, and he believes it’s because of you, of course we have tried to resonate with him but for some reasons all he cares about is the witch.” He continued.
“I don’t know what you are talking about”, Brownie said.
The demon grabbed her by the throat, in the same way he had grabbed the demon she grabbed his arms with both hands pulling on her chain to the maximum.
“She really doesn’t know anything, her head is saying Sahel Sahel Sahel, very distracting” Kion said.
The demon let go of Brownie who felt on the floor. The two others behind him didn’t move. She felt heavily on the floor.
“So let’s talk about what you can do for us”, the demon said.
Brownie sat up massaging her throat and trying to get her breath back, she was not in a mood to do anything for them. She was going to mess up with them until she figured out what they think she might need. She knew that she was going to die if she was to do nothing, it was her only chance. Sahel didn’t know where she was and he was probably wasn’t going to find out any times soon.
“You see we need…” the demon started.
“The formula”, she answered.
“Yes, the formula. You see, this formula is not so important to us but it is for some other demons and if they were to find it before us they might use it against you”, he answered.
“Which is of course something you wouldn’t do”, Brownie continued.
She couldn’t believe how stupid those demons thought she was.
“Of course not, once we have the formula you would be under our protection”, he answered.
“Let me think about it, when I come to a decision, I’ll let you know”, Brownie said standing up straight in front of him.
“I think you are underestimating the situation you are in”, the demon said with a deeper voice.

All Lipu: the complete set of azone Lipu Lil'fairies

So one thing I managed with the Lil'fairies is to have all the Lipus. I'm still missing one Vel and one Erunoe. Of course I have all the Riam and Neilly, all the Harmia, Pitica and Illumie but that's beside the point since there are only one or two of them.
So since the last Lipu came out this month and she has been home for a bit as you have seen on her review video, I decided that it was time for me to make a video of all the Lipu that I have before azone decides to have another one.
So here you go, a little summary of all the Lil'fairy Lipu.

WeWriWar 217: Rainbow catcher

Welcome to a new excerpt of Rainbow Catcher for the Weekend Writing Warrior and Snippet Sunday.

Now let's go back to our story.

Summary of previous episodes: Clarissa is coughing and wanted to watch Everett Cooper on TV but Jason refused, she is due to get her rainbow the next day but she seems scared, to make her feel better Jason leave the TV on. Clarissa tried to explain about rainbows, she is a big fan of Everett Cooper but Jason is not too sure about it. Clarissa complained about her dialophone but Jason needs to go to work. Before completely leaving he is thinking about getting her her rainbow. We flashed back to the meeting Jason had with a rainbow seller at the black market. Jason left Clarissa's room to go to work. Jason was talking to his boss about the rainbow coming the next day. Jason prepared the money for the rainbow in a sport bag and went to the hospital. The rainbow seller arrived for the delivery. But it was a scam and Jason prepares to go get the rainbow himself in the desert. Markus has a last surprise for him.

We start just where we left off last week.

In the desert, there was no wind, the time seemed fixed and everything around immutable. It was like being lost in the immensity. If the wind was coming from somewhere, at least it would give the impression that there was a border where it was created. Without the wind everything was the same in the desert. It was as if nothing in this place had changed or could change. Now that he was deep in the sand road, the track of other cars appeared in front of him as if they had been there forever. He couldn’t tell if the car was far or close, all he could say was that it had been there before him and that it was now out of sight.
But the desert was also entering his heart.
