Wednesday Snippet: Demon World 107

Welcome to a new part of Demon World unedited, we start right where we left off last time.

“I know”, the old lady answered still balancing herself in her rocking chair and knitting. Her feet were coming so close to the fire that it seemed they were going to get on fire any minute.

“They took the girls, they took her, she drunk it, she was trembling, the others didn’t, she wasn’t herself, she couldn’t do anything, what will they do to her”, he said.

“I know”, the old lady answered again.

“I need to save her”, Sahel’s other self said revolved. Sahel couldn’t agree more, he didn’t know who the girl he was talking about was but he knew that he had seen Brownie being taken from him once already and he could feel the love of that boy for that girl, he didn7t want that to happen to anyone else.

“You can’t, she will die”, the old lady said.

“But you can do Magick, you can make it rain, you can make the snow fall, you can cure anybody coming to you, you are so powerful that they don’t even come in this part of the forest anymore, they are afraid of you, you can save her”, the boy said sitting at her feet grabbing her knees.

“Even I can’t save her, you and her carry a very heavy curse and only the two of you can resolve it but it will take you many lives, in this one, you will have to see her die”, she answered.

“I cannot accept this”, the boy said, “I’ll go get her, I’ll take her away from here away from them.”

He walked to the door.

“Accomplish your destiny”, the old grandmother said, “I’m sorry I gave birth to you to see you suffer such a miserable fate but the fire will raise in your favor, the fire will rise inside of you Sahel and you will be able to save her.”

“I don’t understand what you are saying but it doesn’t matter, I’ll show you that I’ll life happy with her, forever.”

WeWriWar 189: Rainbow catcher

Welcome to a new excerpt of Rainbow Catcher for the Weekend Writing Warrior and Snippet Sunday. 

Now let's go back to our story.

Summary of previous episodes: Clarissa is coughing and wanted to watch Everett Cooper on TV but Jason refused, she is due to get her rainbow the next day but she seems scared, to make her feel better Jason leave the TV on. Clarissa tried to explain about rainbows, she is a big fan of Everett Cooper but Jason is not too sure about it. Clarissa complained about her dialophone but Jason needs to go to work. Before completely leaving he is thinking about getting her her rainbow. We flashed back to the meeting Jason had with a rainbow seller at the black market. Jason left Clarissa's room to go to work. Jason was talking to his boss about the rainbow coming the next day. Jason prepared the money for the rainbow in a sport bag and went to the hospital. The rainbow seller arrived for the delivery. But it was a scam and Jason prepares to go get the rainbow himself in the desert. Markus has a last surprise for him.

We start just where we left off last week.

“Poor kid, it’s like he is collecting them,” he could hear Gena’s sorry voice in the corridor.

He closed his eyes unwilling to know how pitiful he looked like and fell asleep.

Jason woke up the next morning with a vague remembrance of the evening. He remembered the bad thoughts about death and pushed them away. Clarissa was counting on him and he couldn’t possibly bury her just yet, at least not without trying everything he could.

He walked out of his room. Markus snored loudly in the opposite side of the apartment and Jason wondered how Gena could sleep with that sound in her ears. But here again it was one of the things she had probably gotten used to by now.

Imperial palace or doll hunt, you choose! (with video)

Imperial Palace

Here is the video cut from Vlog #59 with only the part about the imperial palace for those of you out there who are not that much into doll shopping or want to share the Tokyo's imperial palace with people who are not into dolls. I also edited out the music. I hope you'll like it.

Doll Hunt

Here is the part of Vlog #59 that is all about doll. This video contains not only the doll part of Vlog #59 but also pictures taken at the azone store and pictures of Yuzuha Lapis Lazuli limited version's box opening. I'm really glad that she was still at the store otherwise I would probably have given up on finding her any time soon. I just need to get her not limited counterpart now. She is really pretty, even more in person from close up than at the store or on the official picture. If I ever find the other Yuzuha that would be my second Sahra's a la mode complete series.

Vlog #59 Doll hunting in Akihabara and Western side of the Imperial Palace

Disclaimer: If you want to watch the tour of the imperial palace only, I will be uploading a video with only that part of the day.

If you only want to look for the doll part, I will be uploading a video with only the doll hunt and extra pictures of the azone store.

As I was going on a trip yesterday, I took the opportunity to go on a doll hunt before taking my bus.

The plan for the day was to check out the Groove Lucky bag in Akihabara as it seemed that there were more couples of dolls than expected. When I arrived there and checked the bags, I noticed that there were about three dolls I didn't have but none of them were paired together and I didn't want to buy a doll I already have so I just gave up on that.

Though, I found a wig for my new bjd who should be coming home in the next few months.

Then I decided to go to my "secret" store to check on the Yuzuha Lapis Lazuli limited version from the Twinkle a la mode series. When I arrived, the floor where they normally have the dolls (azone and pullip) was closed so I decided to check out the other floors, just in case. Most of the floors had only figures. When I was about to give up however, I just turned my head to check the other side of the shelves and BAM, they were there, Azone dolls. So I asked the clerk and grabbed my Limited Yuzuha. Now I have 9 out of the 10 dolls in this series and I only need to find the Yuzuha not limited.

So I continued to mandarake where I checked the azone dolls, there were some that I liked but it bothered me a bit that a lot of them were missing shoes. They also had a nice amount of pullips. Still I couldn't find the last yuzuha.

I also went to amiami. They had nice clothes at a reduce price but then I already had a lot of clothes for this month so I didn't get anything. Still no Yuzuha but I guess she will show up eventually, they always do.

Then I walked to the Tokyo station and on the way I saw that the Imperial Palace was open to the public so I went there to show you guys what it looks like from the inside, though it was only the West side.
