Welcome to a new part of Blue Angel unedited, we start right where we left off last time.
Sahel was
sitting topless in the center of the room in lotus position with his
hands resting on this knees and his dark blue wings spread out as
much as possible in his back and resting on the white floor. It was
the only room of the sanctuary to have an even floor covered with
white oak wood. Heavy african drums were resonating all around him.
“How can
he meditate with such a noise?” Seti asked placing his hands on his
sensitive ears.
“He
doesn't,” Evalynn said pushing him on the side, putting a finger on
her lips.
“Why are
his wings so dark blue, that's unusual for him?” Seti asked.
“He is
concentrating, damn can't you be quite and ask your question later,”
Azazel said frowning.
He had tried
the trance meditation once and it had turned pretty badly when he had
broken his concentration without preparing himself first. The teacher
had decided that he needed more training before trying it again. He
didn't want to see that happen just now, being roasted wasn't part of
his day's plan.
The three of
them stood silently on the opposite side of the room. Azazel crossed
his arm on his chest. There was something special about Sahel, always
as if he was so old that he already knew all the tricks of life while
still being so innocent and naïve about the demon world. Azazel
couldn't understand how this could happen.
Brownie is a normal girl, or so she thinks. She likes to chat with her
sisters about random things, she likes fashion and she is member of the
fashion club at school. But one day, as her little brother gets really
sick because of a curse placed on him, she meets this really strange guy
who cures him absorbing the baby's sickness within himself. As he is
about to fall from his new acquired fever, Brownie sees Yue's soul and
immediately falls in love with him. But Yue is not a human, Yue is a
demon.
Brownie and Yue will built their love story until....
Plot:
Until Yue's soul is stolen. There is nothing left of their love. The
purple light dancing in Yue's grey eyes is gone. Forever? Not quite.
Brownie is desperate to find it back. And to get a soul stolen by
demons, she needs to go deep into dark magic! But Brownie is not a
witch, she is just looking for a spell powerful enough to bring her love
back. When an amateur starts playing with strong magic without
preparation and without caring for the consequences, things turn
wrong...
She sat in her bed trying
to put herself back together, this time she was coming for it. She
looked at the alarm clock. It was only 6 am and still dark outside.
She lay down once more, looking at the ceiling. In a few hours, she
would be heading to the Demon World. The sooner she got there the
less chance she would have to meet anything nasty or undesirable. She
had the list of things she needed on her mind. She knew everything,
but after so many failures over the past few weeks she had a hard
time believing that was enough.

Summary of the previous episodes:
Viorel has been tortured by his
supposed family who wanted to have him burn in the sun. Strangely
enough the sun didn't burn him as expected but Viorel has no memory of
who he is. Following the advises of his supposed father, he left
Sighișoara and is now traveling to the West. After some skirmish in a
previous city, he found refuge on a boat. Viorel is now in Vienna. The
little problem is that the guy at the inn was a bit of an asshole
and helped capture Viorel thinking he was a vampire, which he is but
nobody needs to know. Now there is a huge man (which I call the colossi)
taking care of Viorel and a priest. They brought a girl. Torture my
holy water... Fail. Viorel managed to confuse everyone, now he would
like to get out of here. But the girl seems pretty useless. They still
managed to escape and he left the girl to the care of the boat lady
before going back to have two words with his captors but his power of
persuasion were failing him. The priest wanted to crack a
deal but Viorel is not really up to help his enemies. He finally got
some blood but he can't risk to stay in Vienna. He travel to Linz were
he stays a bit to learn German.
Viorel wanted to go to Praha but redirect himself toward Augsburg
instead where he wants to get a horse, except that the horses are a bit
scared of his vampirism and maybe something else. Viorel is really not a
horse expert. Then he comes into an altercation with couple of people,
he wants some fear in his blood. The girl Viorel has found seemed to
enjoy the game. Viorel prepares for the nightmares that come with a
feast of blood, in a rush to leave, he cross the dukedom of Lorrain.
We introduced Sorina, three weeks after the beginning of Viorel's escape.
Viorel dreamed of Sorina and woke up not really remembering anything.
Traveling to Paris, he arrives at "La cour des miracles". He is rescued
by a stranger who turned out to be Nicolas Flamel, the alchemist he was
looking for. Nicolas does some strange experiment without Viorel's
agreement. Some people are looking for Nicolas's secrets.
On the other side of Europe, Sorina awakes and Viorel's past in haunting
him. Viorel discovered that he can change into a wolf but that's not
the easiest thing to handle.
Now, let's continue with Vampire Heart, right where we left of last week.
“The
guy who wrote the note of the introduction stole those things, I can
agree he was the worst kind, who would want to read this?” she said
again.
“I,
for instance, need to understand them, but if you can’t read them
it’s alright, I’ll keep on trying when I have more time,” I
answered.
“I
didn’t say I can’t read them, I just said that it is not the kind
of literature a young lady should be spending time on,” she
answered.
I
could see her finger move on the lines in a disordering way as if she
was trying to reorder the words to fit the need of her mother tongue.
Despite complaining about the quality of the book, she was still
reading.
*****
There
were some new noises, Sorina jumped to her feet squatting with one
legs tense, both hands on the floor looking at the door. It was
really dark but her eyes had accustomed themselves to the absence of
light in her cell a long time ago. She had tried to count the days
she had been held captive but it didn’t matter yet. In the absence
of sunshine one day or two or more could have been spend sleeping or
just dreaming, she couldn’t say. It was of no importance now. She
had also tried to forget her life from before. The reason she was
there, it was all foggy in her mind. The slept when she wanted to,
she ate when she could. Rats cadaver, mostly skin and bones covered
the floor, she had pushed them on the corner but it was hard to
distinguish them. At first she had just dried the animals from their
blood but in the end as they rarely come by, she had also eaten their
raw flesh, cutting them into little pieces with her sharp teeth. It
was making her stomach hurt a lot, she had given up and waited for
fresh blood to arrive but it was even worse than the pain to face the
thirst, she had gotten used to it in the end. She knew what she was
but it didn’t bother her much. Her thoughts had become foggy as
well. She wanted to forgot everything which happened before she was
thrown away in this cell, it was too painful to remember. At first
she had clung to the thought of Viorel, she had been so sure that he
would come back for her but the more time past, the more she doubted
it. He had been hers when she was a human but he had also been one of
them.
"And you know htat
because of organic chemistry," I said.
"Yeah of course,"
Amy said caressing a book cover.
"You're nuts, let's
eat," I said.
There was no way she was
honest with me and that was bothering me a little because I could
have been honest with her. I could have told her about the travel and
Fin and Alex who were the same and everything. I felt like I needed
someone to talk too and the only person I could think of were in an
other universe, or my seven year old brother. I used to have a best
friend but it turned out that as much as she was my best friend I
wasn't hers and her real best friend didn't like me much around so it
ended up like one of us had to be out of the picture and of course it
had to be the girl who can't stay conscious for an entire birthday
party and has to ruin it by being rushed by her mother to the
hospital. Not to say that my mother was the only parent present who
wouldn't live the kid room. So yeah, I could have used a friend but I
thought Amy was trying a bit too hard to be mine and that wouldn't
do. You don't get people to like you just by trying hard. In my book,
either they like you or they don't and if they don't trying hard
would piss them of. Amy was trying hard. I kind of liked her thought
but it felt like a lie so I wasn't ready to share everything with her
which was a shame really. The thing is, I liked her a bit better
before, when she was the party type because somehow she seemed to
have everything I didn't. She had the cool twin brother and the
fashion and she was to have all the cool people to be around and the
fun, all the fun I only dreamed of. And it turned out somehow that it
got all messed up. Because except for the cool brother who annoyed me
at time even though I tried not to be annoyed by him, the rest was
all gone. It was as if Amy had erased her entire personality to fit
with me. I had problems with my mother and it turned out that she had
trouble to and now I was studying and she was doing it to, the same
way. It was nice that I could help her that way but I felt like it
was going to back fire. In general when people do a lot of things to
please you, they expect you to act on in return. Amy couldn't have
changed from not studying to the study queen in one night. It had to
back fire. I knew why Alex had been worried now. He had probably seen
it coming all along. Before Amy had tried to please her parents and
now that she had fought with them, I was second on the line.
