Complete Doll Collection: Tour de Shelves (March 2017) (with video)

Today, I'm giving you a tour of my shelves. The big idea was to make this video only after opening all the boxes and tiding up things. I will be moving really soon, so I can't possibly open all the box and fix everything just to pack them up again. Instead, I wanted to have a sort of memory of the place as it is now. That way this video can serve as a "before" and when I'm done installing everything in my new place we'll have an "after".
So today in this video, you'll see, what's basically around me, work in progress, unopened dolls, the excute otogi no kuni shelve, the steampunk/old style shelve, the kikipop and sahra's a la mode shelves, the vocaloid/bjd shelve, the recently open doll shelve including the grail dolls, the lil'fairy table, the Alice's shelves and fairy tales dolls with vampires, the anime shelves and the rest of the dolls I guess. Oh and my MIO obviously.
That's basically it and that's quite a lot so enjoy the ride!

Best doll box opening video ever! Miku lol (stop motion)

Miku was just walking around in the room when suddenly she discovered, her other self, in a box. She decided to call her friends to free her.

I guess my dolls are getting a bit tired of me taking so long to open the new doll's boxes so they decided to take the matter into their own hands.

Special Halloween Sample Doll Review: Dal Lipoca (my little monsters Dal part 4)

This video is part of the Special Halloween Series but at the same time, it's part of the "my little monster Dal" series because Lipoca is the counter part of Tezca.

I had Lipoca for a long time before I managed to get the others so when I made a video for them I didn't make a video for her. Still here we go as a little devil for this Special Halloween series.

Lipoca is totally the devil herself because she is dressed in white, black and red as if she was just coming out of hell.

She has a black and red wig too that gives her a sort of fiery air. She wears her devil horn's hat and wings as well as a fork. The rest of her outfit is white and black. She is the counterpart of Tezca the little hell rabbit. 

Quote:  I'm practicing so hard, but no one seems to be surprised. Why? Why? I missed again ! But I'll surprise Tezca someday!

Trip to the Azone store: Special Taeyang and Dal 10th Anniversary, Ruruko event and Dioramas (with video)

The Groove Dal and Taeyang 10th Anniversary event started in Akihabara's Azone store on the 20th so I we were going out to the Snoopy museum (see Vlog #48) I decided to take the opportunity to stop by and check it out.

The Azone store as usual had their normal doll display, they changed a bit of it since the previous video to accomodate Halloween, the Groove event and the Ruruko event but nothing else.

There is a full wall of pullip, Groove had a lot of older Taeyang and Dal for sale at the store but most of them have been sold out. I wonder if they are going to get more soon.

The Special Anniversary dolls Taeyanf Albireo and Dal Deneb are there for sale too. I didn't get them as I already bought enough dolls for this month.

Then there was the Ruruko special event as Azone and Ruruko is getting 4 special dolls out really soon. I sort of like the excute but I think I'll prefer to have them in the original detective version.

Also because of the event, Azone had several diorama that could be used to take pictures of your dolls. I had Lipu and Erunoe with me so I just went ahead and put them everywhere on the diorama for a photo session.

Special Halloween Sample doll Opening and Review: Dal Lyla

It's time for a new special Halloween video.
This time I have a Ghost for you!
Dal Lyla is also part of the Mansion of the Immortal series with Isul Vermelho who got his own video earlier, Pullip Wilhelmina and Taeyang Valco.
Dal Lyla is the ghost of the mansion. She has a really pale skin tone and pale blond hair if you go paler it probably turns white. She has a really grey face up, especially around her eyes.
She is wearing a pretty dress and she could probably pass for a vampire if she tried.
She was supposed to be released with a second ghost outfit more like a white fasten bed sheet but this outfit was never released, you can still see it on the official pictures though.

Her quote is: When people see me, they become surprised and run away. Don’t run away!! I’m lonely!!
(I won't run away baby. ;) )

Dolly Vlog Hop # 13: What are your top dolls? (with video)

In this video, I present some randomly selected top 10 pullips, top 3 Taeyang, top 3 Dal and top 3 Isul. If you ask me next week, the result might be different as I'm really bad at choosing.

Sample doll Opening and Review: Dal Ange (With video)

Dal Ange is a strange little doll. She comes with two different outfit that makes her very versatile. The first is a sort of sailor of school uniform. The second is a sort of dress that can be placed on top of her clothes and looks like it has a religious purpose, a little bit like the clothes choir children would wear at church. And she also has a pair of wings which can be attach to this white dress to make her a little angel.

She is dressed in color that reminded me of Christmas, she has a Christian cross and a book of music saying Petit Noel which means Little Christmas or maybe it's petit nori, it's a bit hard to read.

She also has a very particular face with teeth showing in a squirrelly way enhance by a very brown yellow face up, brown hair and deep chocolate eyes.

I think she can make good friends with my Whispering Island crew, Pullips Merl and Isul Lir.

Second hand doll Opening and Review: Dal Coral (with Video)

I got this Dal Coral second hand at the doll show 47. She isn't perfect as she has some melting under her chin and she is also missing her head piece. But she was really cheap so that's alright. Also the melting isn't really visible unless you look under her chin which isn't really an obvious place. It doesn't appear on pictures even when taken from a lower angle.

I think she is a very sweet doll. I would love to find her head accessory though, as I prefer to have my doll complete. She is the perfect little sister for Callie and Cassie.

Sample doll Opening and Review: Dal Galla (with video)

Dal Galla is another sample doll I bought at the groove head quarter sample sale.

She is one very unique Dal as there is no doll with that sort of fiery flamenco outfit. She is not entirely flamenco though, her head piece remind me of a swan and she is wearing ballerina shoes so she can be from a red swan lake.

Her Theme is totally black and red. She is wearing a black and red dress with golden embroidery.

Her quote is: 32 fouettes en tournant, Jump, Raise the leg 48 degrees, And elegantly fly in the air!!!

I don't think they meant fouettes so, I think they meant pirouettes.

About the music in this video:  (from musopen.org) The Doce danzas españolas (Twelve Spaniard dances) for piano is a series of pieces written by Enrique Granados. The exact composition date of the pieces is unknown, though Granados himself stated that he wrote the majority of them when he was 16 (in 1883). These dances display influences from a variety of Spanish genres, and, consequently, lend themselves to being arranged as guitar pieces, which has been done multiple times.
