Hello and welcome to a new Mystery Monday.
I hope you had a great week-end. Here is a new little part of Murder at the Conference. Murder at the Conference is a stand alone sequel to Harajuku Kiss.
We start right were we left off last week:
I don't know how long I stayed like that but when I finally feel well enough to stand up and wash my hand and face only my chest's pain remained. It was probably going to stay a few days unless I decided to take some aspirins. That was my luck. I didn't want to go to China carrying the rest of my last panic attack. They weren't always that bad, but my heart had seemed to stop quite a bit recently. Still, there was nothing wrong with it. I remembered Seiji's words about me needing a break down. I knew the panic attacks were a part of that too, a part of my never ending need for control over myself and what was happening. It was definitely my body telling me that something was wrong. I took another deep breath and looked at my face in the mirror. I didn't look too bad, considering, but I just couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, why just a simple conversation could do that to me?
“You're back already?”
