At times, life can be so depressing. She is walking her usual recovery tour in Harajuku, finishing with a crepe, trying to forget that her boyfriend dumped her once again for the week-end... When the unthinkable happens... A boy stops in front of her in the street and kisses her, in the middle of the street, before running away.

My nerves dreaded the wait. To the date of the break up, he was faithful, as if everything had been programmed in advance. Every time, I ended up here, in Harajuku, looking at the neon lights of the streets glittering as the night fell and people pressed their pace to go home.
November arrived and I had forgotten to dress up for the season. The sudden drop in temperature always surprised me, the hot weather turning so cold, a bit like my boyfriend had been over these last five months. He had been in turn the kindest and the sweetest, and the coldest and most hopeless. What surprised me most was how I would forget his wrong doing every time he looked into my eyes and hugged me. People say eyes are the doors to your soul. My boyfriend certainly used my watery eyes to steal my vacillating soul because right now I felt empty.
