Now let's go back to our story.
Summary of previous episodes: Clarissa is coughing and wanted to watch Everett Cooper on TV but Jason refused, she is due to get her rainbow the next day but she seems scared, to make her feel better Jason leave the TV on. Clarissa tried to explain about rainbows, she is a big fan of Everett Cooper but Jason is not too sure about it. Clarissa complained about her dialophone but Jason needs to go to work. Before completely leaving he is thinking about getting her her rainbow. We flashed back to the meeting Jason had with a rainbow seller at the black market.
Jason took a deep breath, he needed to stay confident, Clarissa was all he had. He walked away from her room trying to convince himself that everything would be alright. He needed to gather the money tonight and to clean the house to make it welcoming for Clarissa, but first he needed to go to work. He had been working at night in a garage. He didn’t know anything about motorbikes so he was just cleaning the engine pieces. He needed to remove the oil and to put them to dry. It was highly boring, but it was still money. If he managed to finish the pack they would use the next day before the end of the night, he would have extra money.
Answer to last week's comments:
Jason has quite to bit on his mind. I don't think he is really interested about learning anything in the garage, all he needs is the money and he is not looking at anything else than that.

I admire that he tries so hard in everything he does. I hope he gets the darn rainbow!
ReplyDeleteVery similar to last weeks?
ReplyDeleteI think this is a repost of last week's snippet. (Easy to do -- I'm always triple checking mine.)
ReplyDeleteHow much he does & how hard he works speaks well of his character. That really comes through.
