“You know the stone makes people a bit tired the first time”, Perenelle said feeling up my plate with potatoes. There was no meat on the table which meant that Nicolas didn’t left the house this morning to buy it.
“Any nightmare?” he asked. That had become one of the morning rituals. My dreams had become the only key to my past.
“We heard you scream”, Perenelle said looking concerned. She used to go to my room or at least to open the door to see if I was alright at the beginning but she soon stopped. Nicolas considered it dangerous. When I was in the state of panic like last night we weren’t sure if I would be able to control myself and my need for blood. “Nothing really, I had a bad dreams, I remember writing something then I went back to bed and I have very confusing dream all night. I don’t remember them much”, I said starting to eat. I didn’t really want to tell them anything about my strange dreams. They would probably think that I was going insane.
