Demon and Fairy WeWriWar 39

Hello everyone !

Welcome to Week-end Writing Warrior and Snippet Sunday.

Today, let's hear Kallisto's love test.

In the previous episodes: Seti was in pain and flying to see Kallisto who is the only person who can help him get rid of it. He remembered how he had met her the first time but unfortunately this time it was late at night and she was nowhere to be seen. Seti couldn't spend the night on the Beach and decided to fly home not noticing that another demon entered her house. We followed Seti and discovered his chaotic bedroom before meeting his family for breakfast. They were arguing about Seti's sister's arranged wedding being canceled by the other family and Samira was crying. Their father said that Seti would just have to apologize. and we learn what Seti thinks about the situation. Seti met the twin's father and gave him an unexpected apology demon style which scared everyone around except Taram who had been spying at the scene from the stairs with his twin brother Torin. After the confrontation, as always when he has a headache, Seti flew to the beach and fell asleep near the tidal pool. When Seti waked, he saw Kallisto facing a snake he managed to get through the barrier and stop it from attacking her, at the moment he is about to kill the snake, Kallisto tells him to stop and had him let the snake on the other side of the barrier. Then Seti had an unexpected reaction but Kallisto didn't going to let him go that easily. Kallisto seems to have a very strange combination of people taking care of the security of the house, which scares Seti a little bit while Kallisto seems to consider that he is her best protection. He decided to fly away then notice the arrival of Kelpie. Kelpie had just ask Kallisto if he has already told her about Kordelius' ugliness. Seti is still around listening to their conversation. Kelpie is going straight to the point. Seti wanted to run away, but still decided to stay. Kelpie continues to tell Kallisto she should married her so she decided to give him a love test. Last week she asked him: "What do you love about me?" Today we will see Seti's answer.

Here are my 8 sentences, we start just where we left of.

“What kind of tests is that?” Kelpie asked a bit puzzled.
Seti sat straight up and started to think deeply, it was a really difficult question, he had no idea about what kind of answers she might want. He also didn’t really know what he liked about her, probably everything but it was certainly too vague. He bent over the pool again wondering how Kelpie was going to answer.
“It’s my test, just answer the question”, she said half amused. She knew Kelpie was going to fail at it. It was obvious.

  1. That really is a difficult question to answer. I'm looking forward to reading the attempt.

  2. That sounds like he's between a rock and a hard place with no escape clause.

  3. It's such a good test, making him question himself.

  4. I don't know... Kelpie might just come through strong on this one. :-) Good 8, Linda! :-)

  5. I think Seti could safely answer that he liked everything about her LOL. Would be a good conversation starter. I also think Kelpie is going to bomb bigtime. Fun snippet!

  6. Is Seti supposed to answer or is he still spying and only thinking about what he himself would answer? I'm just a little confused on that part. Someone better answer the right way at any rate. :)
    The Murders of Polly Frisch

  7. Sure sounds like she's putting him on the spot, he might just surprise her.

  8. How do I love thee, let me count the ways...Sorry Kelpie, you shouldn't have to think this one through.

  9. Wonder if she has the answer she want in mind.
