마이걸 (My girl) is a Korean drama (2005) staring :
이다해 (Lee Da Hae) as Joo Yoo Rin,
이동욱 (李東旭 Lee Dong Wook) as Seol Gong Chan (Arang, Bitter Sweet Life),
이준기 (李準基 Lee Jun Ki) as Seo Jung Woo (왕의 남자, (The king and the clown), Virgin snow),
and 박시연 (Park Shi Yeon) as Kim Sae Hyun (Bitter Sweet Life),
변희봉 (Byun Hee Bong) The grand-father (1%의 어떤것, Memories of Murder).
Seol Gong Chan is desperate to find his little cousin to bring her to his dying grand-father. To save him, he decide to heir Joo Yoo Rin, a girl gifted with lying hability.
But Seol Gong Chan starts to like Joo Yoo Rin and she also like him, the problem is that they are prisonner of their lies.
To make things again more complicated, Gong Chan's ex-girlfriend Kim Sae Hyun comes back to Korea after succes in her tennis cariere, the grand father want Yoo Rin to marry Seo Jung Woo who is in love with her.
The only solution : find the real cousin. But is she still alive ?
This drama is probably the funniest I have see so far.
Especially due to the contrast between Joo Yoo Rin and the other characters.
She never looks serious, always have fun and lie in a very comical way but also looks very innocent.
Seol Gong Chan looks annoyed by her most of the time and really need to relax (he is really working and worring to much)
Kim Sae Hyun thinks that Gong Chan is still hers even if she left him two years ago, she really can't stand to see him be happy with someone else and can be manipulatrice.
Seo Jung Woo is just in love, and will do anything to protect Yoo Rin without fighting for her. He is so cute.
Other characters in the background are also funny, like for example the strange relation ship between Yoo Rin's friend and Gong Chan secretary, or Gong Chan's aunt and the man of the house. Other information and download can be find on cHinKy's mOviE sPoiLer.
