Welcome to Mystery Monday. This week, we continue with Murder at the Conference.
Let's get back where we left off with chapter 2 last week.
I couldn't hide, I couldn't stop doing physics and, you know what's so funny, when Jason bourne aka David Webb goes back to his “normal” life at the end of the first book and is still at it at the beginning of book two, he is working at a university, that's his cover. I wonder why his ennemy never recognize him. If I were to hide, I would probably raise horse in a range or going to Shaolin as a monk. I mean really, any place with their own website is dangerous for anyone. There is no real anonymity anymore, everybody can be found. I mean even something as silly as a registration for a library or a gym and you are in the system. If they happen to be taking innocent advertisement pictures the day you're in there your face is on the internet. Nowhere to hide unless you go back to the previous century. I would have loved that, to live in the past and see the discovery of cars and electricity or the start of quantum mechanics. That would have been awesome. Now, I knew there were killers out there, biological weapons to be made and that it wasn't only in novels and movies and I was scared. I needed a break from this place, I needed to find myself again.
