WeWriWar 389: Sun Kiss 12

Hello everybody!

Welcome to a new Sunday of writing with Weekend Writing Warrior and Snippet Sunday

You can find the snippet from the other participants in the blog hops in the Snippet Sunday facebook group and on the  Weekend Writing Warrior's blog.

This week, we are back right where we left off last week:

She took the corridor to the back door, it was wide open and the cold early spring wind blew inside the house. She shivered and slowed down. The vampires weren't bad but they could be a bit unpredictable. She didn't understand most of their jokes, probably because they were inner jokes or maybe because they were older than her by centuries and they didn't update to current time. Sometimes it was difficult to know what they meant. Sometimes, she wondered if they were being cryptic on purpose. There was nothing to fear from them, they had been sealed, just in case. They couldn't attack anyone in the house. It had been an ordeal with the latest comer, Sorina. She had trust issues and why not she had a fabulously insane story of her own that Jane was still far from knowing all about.

  6. I have the feeling a person could spend eternity in this house of yours and never get all their questions answered or run out of things to be amazed by! Well done!
