Hello and welcome to a new Mystery Monday.
I hope you had a great week-end. Here is a new little part of Murder at the Conference. Murder at the Conference is a stand alone sequel to Harajuku Kiss.
We start right were we left off last week:
I had an experiment once. The difference between sense of humor. There was a panel of people people from different country though no Japanese. If anyone was to tell a joke except for the British guy, everyone would laugh. If a British guy was to tell a joke, only a British person would laugh. The experiment was hilarious in itself. And we decided that it was another island things, people from island had been cut out of the rest of the world at the time humor developed so they couldn't understand the rest of us and vice versa. Of course, that was also a joke but somehow it seemed to apply to my boyfriend. He would laugh at things that were totally not funny to me and I would laugh at things that left him puzzled at my laughter at best.
“So calling me mum is humor,” he answered.
“It's like you're taking care of me like a mum by telling me to take my pills,” I said.
“Hum, maybe,” he answered.
“I need to go to the lab anyway and take my poster carrier there to put my poster in,” I said.
“So you're the one in charge of carrying the posters...”
“Yes. I hope it won't be like last time,” I said.
“What happened?”
