Today I cycled through Tokyo from Chofu to Ebisu. That's 17 kilometers. We stopped in Meguro to see the cherry blossoms. It was cold and and not very crowded so I had a lot of space to take pictures.

Wow--that is a long bike ride in the city. How is road safety for cyclists in Japan? Do you have dedicated bike lanes there and are motorists aware of bicycles? You remind me of the neglect bicycle sitting in our back shed. Perhaps this summer I will get it cleaned up and adjusted and start riding it again. Your blog is full of positive energy--inspiring!
