After walking to the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur we went down to Pigalle and then to see the Eiffel tower which was illuminated for the night. We took the lift to the top and had a nice view of Paris by night. Even though I'm French, lived in Paris and walked past by the Eiffel tower several time, it was my first time to go up there. I have to say that the lift made me feel a little bit altitude sick.
