This is the end of the third week of crazy writing. This week I was working on "Rainbow catcher" only.
I tended to stay stuck a lot and not meeting with my words count but I finally overcame the difficulties and managed to get more words than I expected and to reach the 50000 words line which makes me a Camp NaNoWriMo winner.
One of the most amazing thing about my writing this week was that I mainly over come my problem on "Rainbow catcher" due to two amazing things. The first was word war with other people and the second was taking the bus. I took the bus for six hours on Friday night to go back to Tokyo and my boyfriend tricked me into writing by booking a bus which allow me to have electricity for my laptop. I was so desperate not to have reach my word count during the week that I wrote for six hours straight and didn't even sleep as I'm used to.
This was a very interesting bus trip and probably the best part of the entire story. Pyrrhus comes to meet some people from his past and fight with pirates. This also took me really close to the end of the novel. Even though I already won Camp NaNoWriMo with my word count, I'll continue to write to finish the first draft and see how much words more I can get.
Here is the part written this week, I hope you'll enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Congrats on reaching your NaNo goal. I'm close. I only did 10k for the challenge because I'm blogging A to Z with a mini mystery.
ReplyDeleteI've considered this a personal challenge as I don't get lots of comments on the A to Z thing either.
